ATHLETIC CLEARANCE
Spring Sports are due January 15, 2024

In order to be eligible to tryout and participate on a sports team, you must first complete the athletic clearance process every new school year. All paperwork must be filled out completely and emailed to tpathletics@sduhsd.net. Failure to complete any of these forms will prevent your child from tryouts, practices, and competitions.

An accepted clearance packet will apply to all sports for the school year, but an online clearance (Step 1) must be created for ALL sports applying for. You are encouraged to sign up for all interested sports when creating your first online clearance.

ATHLETIC PE CREDIT
Your daughter will get PE credit for participating in Girls Lacrosse
Available to 10th, 11th, 12th graders only

MANDATORY PARENT-ATHLETE ATHLETIC PRESENTATION​
The presentation is a requirement to participate in TPHS Athletics.  It is a short video from the Athletic Department with a few questions about the sport you are playing.  It shouldn't take long.
Note, if you have played another sport at TP this year, then you should have already seen this.  You still need to complete the form, but the presentation will not be displayed.
